Reservations and Security

At time of reservation a 50% non-refundable payment is required. We are establishing dates and timing to hold items especially for you and your event. Please have your final quantity changes submitted two (2) weeks prior to event date. We will try to accommodate last minute changes when possible but there will be no refunds on changes made 72 hours or less prior to contract date. If you receive items and do not use them you must still pay for them. Items returned late are subject to additional days fees. No refunds for special order items, rental or purchase.

Cleaning and Replacement

Customer will pay an additional $100.00 deposit refundable at end of returns and final counts if no damage is incurred. All dishes and related items are wrapped, sanitized and crated. The customer is responsible for accurate counts on delivery and/or will-call. The order will be counted upon return by our staff. Our counts are final. We ask that all items are returned rinsed and free of debris to avoid additional cleaning charges. Full replacement cost will be charged for broken, chipped or missing items.

Linens

Customer will pay an additional $100.00 deposit refundable at end of returns and final counts if no damage is incurred. Full replacement cost will be charged for missing or damaged linen. Example: Stains that can't be removed, mold, holes, candle wax/burns, etc. If wax is on your linens you will be charged replacement. Linens can not be bagged up wet, they will mold - please dry first. All Skirting must be returned on hangers and linens with linen bags.

Floral Rental

All rental floral arrangements must be transported in an enclosed vehicle. No open bed trucks. Deposits will not be refunded for damaged, missing or re-arranged floral arrangements. Assessed damage will incur extra charges.

Delivery and Pick-Up

Delivery and Pickup fee rates are curbside service and ground level. Rentals to be picked up must be folded, stacked, packed and at the same location in which they were received. Additional fees may apply for extra services such as stairs or difficult terrain. These fees may be added after they happen. We are happy to arrange for extra services at time of reservation.
